By creating an account or using CommerceSpy, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CommerceSpy is a SaaS platform that provides competitive intelligence, website analysis, GEO readiness, ACO readiness, AI visibility analysis, and strategic reports based on publicly available information.

Users are responsible for:

• keeping credentials secure
• all activity performed under their account
• providing accurate account information

CommerceSpy may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may not:

• abuse system resources
• perform excessive automated requests
• interfere with platform availability
• attempt unauthorized access
• reverse engineer the platform
• upload malicious code

Reports are generated using publicly available information and AI analysis.

While CommerceSpy strives for accuracy:

• reports are informational only
• results may contain inaccuracies
• users remain responsible for business decisions

CommerceSpy does not guarantee completeness or accuracy.

CommerceSpy allows report owners to generate secure share links.

Reports may be shared as:

• Private
• Password Protected
• Public Link
• Specific Recipients

The report owner controls who receives access.

Recipients receive read-only access.

The report owner is solely responsible for:

• choosing who receives access
• sharing passwords
• determining whether report contents are appropriate to share

CommerceSpy is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from links or passwords voluntarily shared by users.

Shared links may:

• expire
• be revoked
• be disabled
• be regenerated

CommerceSpy reserves the right to suspend shared links if abuse, security issues, or legal concerns arise.

CommerceSpy software, branding, interface, and original content remain the intellectual property of tr3ttongruppen AB.

Users own any notes or custom content they create.

Generated reports may be used internally by customers.

Reports may contain strategic business insights.

Users should exercise appropriate care before sharing reports outside their organization.

CommerceSpy is provided "as available."

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Features may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

CommerceSpy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the platform.

Users may close their account at any time.

CommerceSpy may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations.

These Terms are governed by Sweden law.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
