In no event shall CommerceSpy's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the greater of:

(a) the amount paid by you to CommerceSpy during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or

(b) one hundred euros (€100).

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CommerceSpy and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
